F.A.Q.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order my Ice Sculpture?
A: It is always best to order an ice sculpture as early as possible. If you have a date set but not ready to make a selection you are encouraged to put down a deposit to secure your place for that day.
Q: How long will my Ice Sculpture last?
A: Ice sculptures set up indoors will last approximately 4-6 hours depending on design. Factors such as high temperatures and direct sunlight will directly affect the life of the carving.
Q: How do I choose my design?
A: We have over 850 pictures online, please take a second to look them over. You can send us an email with a picture you have found. Also, we happily welcome custom designs if you have something specific in mind.
Q: How big is an average Ice Sculpture?
A: An average Ice Sculpture is designed on 300 pound blocks of ice, measuring 40” tall by 20” wide by 10” in depth. Most standard designs are made from one block but larger designs may require multiple blocks and will be priced accordingly.
Q: What is the cost for an Ice Sculpture?
A: We have many different styles of Ice Sculptures and pricing will vary depending on the design that you select. Most one block carvings start around $550 and double block carvings start around $950 but it is always best to call and speak to us directly about pricing.
Q: How do you set up the Ice Sculpture?
A: First you will need to let your venue know that you will be having an ice carving so that they can have a banquet table ready for us when we arrive. We will set up the carving in a special tray with a drain and also include lighting.
Q: When will you deliver the Ice Sculpture?
A: We plan to arrive at the event location an hour before the guests are scheduled to arrive. You will need to provide us with the contact information for the location so that we can confirm delivery with them as well.
Q: How do I arrange payment?
A: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time you book your Ice Sculpture and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. You are welcome to pay the entire amount up front. We accept cash, check or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
